I liked delicious breakfast, hotel's magnificent location.

I stayed for 1 night here and had a really lovely time. Affable staff, as it had to be. The service was excellent, that made the hotel quiet place. Besides, my parking was on-site.

The breakfast was delicious and great at very reasonable prices, I enjoyed its value. I stayed in the room that was kept very clean and available with the bedroom, good shower, for example. The service was fantastic, totally

Large room, very comfy bed and fairly new bathroom. Lovely friendly and efficient staff providing excellent services.

Would recommend as we enjoyed it. The breakfast is delicious with variety of dishes. The room is great value for money and well-appointed and there are lovely views over the gardens.

Everything was perfect, including amiable staff and amazing location on surrounding areas. Luxurious, brand-new units provided with the garden, really comfortable bed plus good shower.

The location was excellent close enough to the beach for one night in Lowestoft. The best thing was how affable the staff were.

Pleasant lovely family run hotel, lovely views over the gardens. Nice bed in triple room with iron and ironing board, and TV. Quite new functional bathroom.
